NeoVend is an entity aboard the Eye that existed during the collapse of Essen-Arp's control over the Eye and went into hiding during the aftermath. As a result, NeoVend appears as a large, mechanical vending machine aboard Erlin's Eye that players can interact with. NeoVend has its own questline that players can complete to earn achievements and complete the chapters of Citizen Sleeper.
NeoVend's questline marks the end of a players journey throughout Citizen Sleeper, and the credits will roll after completion of this questline. No other questlines can be completed after NeoVends, therefore players should consider completing the others before NeoVend's. During the questline, it becomes clear that NeoVend is a navigation system and during the collapse, hid itself within the vending machine, thus acquiring the persona of NeoVend.
